College Football's Most Important Offers of the Week
Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher has earned his reputation as a quarterback guru.
After a decorated playing career at Samford University, Fisher has spent the majority of his coaching career developing top-flight passers dating back to his days as a quarterbacks coach at programs such as Auburn and LSU.
During his tenure with the Seminoles, he’s groomed three passers into NFL first-round draft picks.
He’s already added a commitment from 4-star quarterback Bailey Hockman in the 2017 cycle.
After the ‘Noles held their second summer camp session last week, Fisher offered in-state 3-star passer James Blackman.

According to Ryan Bartow of 247Sports, the 6’4”, 165-pounder caught the eye of Fisher after putting on a show for him in person.
"[Fisher] said he loves me and the way I throw the ball," Blackman told Bartow. "He likes my footwork and said I'm a natural gunslinger. He said I have all the intangibles to be a quarterback on the next level."
Additionally, the ‘Noles also tendered another touted passer last week in 4-star California native Jack Sears.
While Florida State already has a touted prospect in the fold with Hockman, it appears as if Fisher will push to bring in another quarterback in the 2017 cycle.

UCLA After Oklahoma WR Pledge
With only three commitments in the 2017 class, UCLA head coach Jim Mora Jr. and his staff have gotten off to a somewhat slow start.
However, the Bruins are actively trying to put a charge into their class and pursuing elite talents in the current cycle.
Last week, Mora and his staff dipped into the state of Texas to offer 4-star receiver and current Oklahoma commit Charleston Rambo.

The 6’2”, 170-pounder averaged nearly 20 yards per catch last year while racking up 434 yards receiving with five touchdowns.
While Rambo has given no reason to indicate his pledge to the Sooners is anything but stable, the interest from the Bruins could lead him to explore his options as signing day approaches.

Notre Dame Offers 2018 RB
Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly has had some recent success in luring skill players to South Bend whom hail from California.
The Fighting Irish are aiming to repeat their success on the West Coast in the 2018 cycle as they offered 4-star running back T.J. Pledger last week.
According to Tom Loy of 247Sports, Pledger was excited to earn his offer and plans to return in the fall for a visit.
The Irish are now firmly in the mix with Pledger, along with programs such as Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State and USC.

LSU Offers In-State 2018 QB
LSU’s 2017 class is bolstered by the presence of a pair of quarterbacks in 4-star Lowell Narcisse and 3-star Myles Brennan.
Despite the presence of two Elite 11 finalists in the current class, Tigers head coach Les Miles and his staff already have an eye looking ahead to the 2018 class.
Last week, the Tigers offered in-state 3-star passer Justin Rogers.

The 6’4”, 195-pounder adds LSU to an offer list that includes Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi State and TCU among others.
As Shea Dixon of Geaux247 noted, Rogers earned the offer after throwing for Tigers coaches at LSU’s camp last week.
Expect the Tigers to be a major player in Rogers’ recruitment moving forward.
