Louisiana Strength Coach Walks on Top of Players' Legs While They Do Wall Sits
Thomas Duffy
This looks…fun.
On Sunday night, former Louisiana-Lafayette offensive lineman Ethan Rosenbalm posted a video of strength and conditioning coach Lewis Caralla walking across players’ legs as they did wall sits with 45-pound plates resting on their quads.
As the Ragin’ Cajuns sang their fight song, Caralla instructed them to get louder—all without ever breaking stride.
Their legs had to feel like jelly after that.
