The 2015/16 Premier League season ends this weekend. And similar to last year, the final day will see the champions turning out at Stamford Bridge when Chelsea welcome Leicester City.
It's not the Blues who will be receiving a guard of honour, though. They've surrendered their title to the Foxes, meaning Claudio Ranieri's side will be applauded on to the Stamford Bridge pitch.
That doesn't mean there will not be a sense of occasion for Chelsea. Sunday will be Guus Hiddink's last game in charge of the club, giving Blues fans the chance to bid him farewell before he is replaced by Antonio Conte in the summer.

Hiddink stepped in as interim manager for a second time in December following the departure of Jose Mourinho. He hasn't enjoyed success like he did during his first spell in 2009 when he won the FA Cup, but Hiddink has helped ensure Chelsea finish mid-table, blooding some youngsters in the process.
He gave some insight on Friday as to what he plans to do when the season is over.
"I will be a few days more in Cobham to clear the office, of course, it is chaotic," he joked. "And then I go back to Amsterdam and then to France where I will follow the Euros a bit and do some TV work. Then the new season is starting and I will be curious about how the Premier League is going to go as a lot of changes are going to happen, I think."
Chelsea fans will hope Sunday isn't goodbye for John Terry, too. The Chelsea captain has been offered a new one-year contract but is currently weighing up his options before deciding whether he will remain at Stamford Bridge.
It's been a long time coming for Terry, who revealed in January that he didn't expect to get a new deal beyond 2015/16. Chelsea announced on Friday that the offer is there, but if Terry doesn't sign himself up for another season, it means his Chelsea career will be over.
Terry was sent off last weekend against Sunderland, meaning he will not play against Leicester City as he serves the final game of his two-match suspension.
"Thanks to everyone for the kind wishes," he wrote on Instagram. "The contract extension the club has offered me is a different role and I hope everyone will understand I want to take the time to consider it carefully before making a decision."
According to Matt Hughes of the Times, Chelsea have requested that Terry lead the team out before kick-off despite being suspended for the game:

Predicted Lineups
Hiddink revealed on Friday that Diego Costa will miss out against Leicester owing to the hamstring injury that kept him out of the midweek draw with Liverpool. Branislav Ivanovic could also be missing due to a groin injury.
John Terry serves the last of his two-game suspension, meaning we can expect John Obi Mikel to continue filling in at centre-back.
As for Leicester, the Foxes have a fully fit squad ahead of their visit to Stamford Bridge.

Wednesday night was the latest instalment as Hazard scored a wonder goal against Liverpool that very nearly sealed his side all three points at Anfield.
It was the sort of jinking run that has carved out his reputation, skipping past players before finding the back of the net.
With UEFA Euro 2016 on the horizon, he has plenty to play for and to look forward to. Expect another master show on Sunday.
Jamie Vardy
Leicester may have had a title parade at the King Power Stadium last weekend, but the season isn't over as a contest for their striker Jamie Vardy.
His two goals in the 3-1 defeat of Everton last Saturday moved him up to 24 Premier League goals for the season, leaving him just one goal behind Harry Kane. The England pair are going all out for the Golden Boot, while Sergio Aguero is also on 24 goals himself.
Of all the Leicester players, Vardy will be chasing glory on Sunday to make sure it's he who finishes as the Premier League's top striker.
