Premier League Table: 2016 Standings, Week 37 Fixtures After Week 36 Results
Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night means the 2015-16 Premier League title race is over, as Leicester City's Cinderella run is complete, with the Foxes winning the title.
Manager Claudio Ranieri and his troops will get to celebrate the incredible achievement at home, as the Foxes host Everton at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Spurs now face a battle for second place, as Arsenal trail their rivals by just three points. Tottenham will go up against Southampton, but after the ugly incidents that plagued Monday's contest, manager Mauricio Pochettino could be missing a couple of players.

Eden Hazard's first goal at Stamford Bridge in almost a year sealed the deal for Leicester, as Chelsea completed a comeback win to hand former manager Ranieri the title.

Spurs had taken a two-goal lead through Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, but the visitors completely fell apart in the second half, engaging in numerous altercations with the Blues and conceding twice.
Per Daniel Storey of Football365, the way the match played out is a testament to Leicester's composure:
While the Foxes missed out on the opportunity to win the title at Old Trafford, the feeling of celebrating with the fans at the team's home ground may be even better. Everton have nothing left to play for, so Saturday's match should be a celebration, with the Toffees unlikely to be overly physical.
Spurs not only missed out on the title following the draw against rivals Chelsea, but Pochettino's troops suddenly lead their other rivals, the Gunners, by just three points.

Arsenal have endured a disappointing season, but the team hasn't finished below Spurs in the standings since 1995, and overtaking their neighbours in the final weeks of the competition would provide even the most pessimistic fans some satisfaction.
Goal's Mohammed Ali thought Tottenham might be without a couple of players the next few weeks:
Chelsea star John Terry hoped it won't come to that, however, via ESPN FC's Ben Dinnery:
Saints are unbeaten in their last four and sit just three points behind Manchester United in the standings, although the Red Devils have a match in hand. Manager Ronald Koeman's squad is still vying for UEFA Europa League football, and they won't make things easy on Spurs.
Fortunately for Tottenham, Arsenal also face a real challenge in Week 37, as the Gunners will face Manchester City. The Citizens will go head-to-head with Real Madrid in midweek, but regardless of the outcome of that match, they too still have to worry about qualifying for the Champions League.
