Coach LeBron James returned Sunday night in Game 4 against the Detroit Pistons.

With the No. 8 seed fighting for its life against James' Cleveland Cavaliers, LBJ went into instruction mode in front of Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson and J.R. Smith.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the King spell Cavaliers head coach Tyonn Lue on the sideline.
