David Moyes had fans reaching for the rewind button on their remotes on Wednesday, as he compared Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool outfit to his own Everton sides of the past.

Klopp rocked up at Anfield having taken Borussia Dortmund to two Bundesliga titles and the 2012-13 UEFA Champions League final. The German's influence on Liverpool is becoming more and more evident, too, with the Reds playing a vibrant brand of football.

Given the choice between the Scottish Klopp and Martinez, plenty at Everton would likely trade their current boss for their former one at this juncture.
