Spring football has wrapped up for the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, and we still don't have a solid idea about which talented starter—Malik Zaire or DeShone Kizer—will be the starter for the 2016 season.

We do know that the defense is coming along nicely, and should be ready for all comers this fall.  We also saw some solid play from the young offensive line and new crop of receivers.  But all eyes will be on the quarterback battle this fall—just as it was all spring.
