WWE Star Sheamus Calls Out Wayne Rooney Ahead of Wrestlemania Revenge
Wayne Rooney could be making another foray into the world of wrestling after being called out by WWE Superstar Sheamus on Sky Sports' Soccer AM.
The England captain laid out Wade Barrett during a surprise appearance on Raw in November, but clearly that wasn't enough to scare off Sheamus.
The dedicated Liverpool fan is in the UK for Wrestlemania Revenge on April 19, and he had a special message for Rooney:

"You may be good for Man United, you may be good in front of the goal...but you got no chance at WWE. Don't worry about King Power, he's a little soft, if you want someone hard, if you want a real fight, just take on the Celtic warrior, I'll be ready and waiting in that ring.
"
Rooney has only recently returned to action following a knee injury suffered in February, so an appearance at the wrestling event seems unlikely. But it wasn't expected last time, either.
