The Charlotte Hornets are entering their first-round playoff series against the Miami Heat on a high note after dispatching the Orlando Magic, 117-103, Wednesday night. 

Al Jefferson did the heavy lifting with 26 points in 23 minutes off the bench, as Kemba Walker was limited to just two points and eight assists in 18 minutes. 

Evan Fournier and Aaron Gordon posted matching 22-point efforts in Orlando's season finale.
