Raptors vs. Nets: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 13

The Toronto Raptors closed out the best regular season in franchise history with a 103-96 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night at Barclays Center. 

Norman Powell paced Toronto with 30 points, while Terrence Ross poured in 24 points off the bench. 

Bojan Bogdanovic dropped 29 points and grabbed six rebounds as the Nets finished the season 21-61.
