Heat vs. Celtics: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 13

The Boston Celtics mounted a major comeback and defeated the Miami Heat, 98-88, Wednesday night on the final day of the regular season. 

The Celtics posted a 60-26 second-half scoring advantage after holding Miami to five third-quarter points, and Isaiah Thomas led the way with 21 points and six assists. 

Hassan Whiteside notched 19 points and nine rebounds for Miami. But despite picking up the loss, the Heat still captured the Eastern Conference's No. 3 seed by virtue of the Atlanta Hawks' loss to the Washington Wizards.
