Clippers vs. Suns: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 13

The Phoenix Suns finished their 2015-16 campaign with a victory on Wednesday and handled the Los Angeles Clippers, 114-105. 

Mirza Teletovic scored a team-high 22 points off the bench for Phoenix, while Jon Leuer added a double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds. 

Cole Aldrich posted a double-double for the Clippers with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
