Thunder vs. Spurs: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 12

The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 102-98, in overtime Tuesday night at AT&T Center to finish the regular season 40-1 at home.

Kawhi Leonard led the Spurs with 26 points, while Tony Parker added 20 points, three assists and three steals. 

Although the Thunder rested Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka, they were able to hang tough behind 17-point efforts from Steven Adams, Cameron Payne, Dion Waiters and Enes Kanter.
