But the Thunder opted not to rest stars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook despite the circumstances, setting the stage for a thrilling showdown between two talented squads.

Kings point guard Darren Collison was thrust into duty while typical starter Rajon Rondo rested, setting up an intriguing matchup with Westbrook.

Collison rose to the occasion with a team-high 27 points as the Kings emerged with a 114-112 win in their final game at Sleep Train Arena.
