The Boston Celtics and Atlanta Hawks squared off on Saturday at Philips Arena in a game that had considerable playoff implications.

Boston and Atlanta entered with identical 47-32 records, engaged in a dead heat for the Eastern Conference's No. 3 postseason seed. The Celtics were on a four-game winning streak coming in, which started with a road win over the Golden State Warriors on April 1.

Paul Millsap led Atlanta with 31 points and 16 rebounds on Saturday, and the Hawks emerged with a 118-107 win.
