Knicks vs. 76ers: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 8

The New York Knicks snapped a two-game losing streak with a 109-102 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night at Wells Fargo Center. 

Robin Lopez and Carmelo Anthony topped the Knicks with 24 and 20 points, respectively, while Jerian Grant and Sasha Vujacic poured in 16 points apiece. 

Robert Covington tallied a game-high 30 points, and Nerlens Noel pitched in 17 points and 10 rebounds as the Sixers failed to string together consecutive wins.
