The Charlotte Hornets continued their prosperous push into the postseason with a 111-97 win over the New York Knicks on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden. 

Kemba Walker exploded for 34 points and five rebounds, while Al Jefferson chipped in 24 points and grabbed eight boards off the bench. 

Derrick Williams scored 17 points to lead all Knicks scorers on a night when Carmelo Anthony mustered 15 points on 5-of-14 shooting.
