Hornets vs. Raptors: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 5

The Toronto Raptors snagged a 96-90 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Tuesday night at Air Canada Centre behind 26 points from DeMar DeRozan. 

Kyle Lowry added 21 points and six assists, while Jonas Valanciunas posted a 12-point, 12-rebound double-double. 

Jeremy Lin led the Hornets with 21 points, while Kemba Walker and Courtney Lee chipped in 11 points apiece.
