Spurs vs. Jazz: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 5

The San Antonio Spurs extended their winning streak to four games on Tuesday with an 88-86 victory over the Utah Jazz. 

Kawhi Leonard led the way with 18 points and eight rebounds, while LaMarcus Aldridge added 14 points, seven rebounds and four steals. 

Rodney Hood was impressive in defeat for Utah with 23 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
