The Washington Wizards' playoff hopes continue to be on life support following a 114-109 defeat to the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.

With five games left in the regular season, the Wizards are 3.5 games back of the Indiana Pacers for the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference. One more loss and Washington might be eliminated altogether.

Chris Paul led the Clippers with 27 points and 12 assists. DeAndre Jordan also posted a double-double, recording 12 points and rebounds apiece.
