Wizards vs. Suns: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from April 1

The Washington Wizards got a combined 43 points from John Wall and Bradley Beal as they escaped Talking Stick Resort Arena with a 106-99 win over the Phoenix Suns on Friday.

Playing against his former team for the first time since being traded on Feb. 19, the Wizards' Markieff Morris scored 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the victory.

For the Suns, Mirza Teletovic scored a game-high 24 points off the bench. First-round pick Devin Booker scored 14 points on 6-of-22 shooting. P.J. Tucker added 18 points.
