Have you ever thought about playing college football? If so, Penn State is your school.

On Thursday, Nittany Lions head coach James Franklin tweeted—and deleted—a graphic that focused on intangibles like effort, body language and work ethic.

Above it all were the words "No Talent Required"—a peculiar choice, to say the least.

ESPN Big Ten reporter Josh Moyer felt the same way and actually got blocked by Franklin as a result:
