George Has Rebounded Incredibly Well From Gruesome Leg Injury

Many wondered how George would perform in his first full season back following his gruesome leg injury in August 2014. Not only has the Pacers star remained relatively healthy, but he's also having arguably the best year of his NBA career.

In 79 games, the three-time All-Star is averaging 23.3 points, seven rebounds and four assists a night. According to NBA.com, Indiana is six points better per 100 possessions with George on the floor.

Heading into Sunday's game, the Pacers were 0.5 games behind the Detroit Pistons for the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
