Irish Football Club Organise Friendly Against Rock Band Muse

Irish side Cabinteely—who made headlines for their offer to reward Football Manager players—have organised a rather unusual friendly.

On April 4, there will be plenty of Hysteria as the League of Ireland side will face off against the rock band Muse and their crew in a friendly.

Currently third in the league having won, lost and drawn their opening three games of the season, Cabinteely have decide a run out against Glastonbury headliners Muse is exactly what they need to get into full swing of a new season.

Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme, Dominic Howard and their crew will take on a Cabinteely XI at their 1,620 capacity stadium, Stradbrook Road.

The link between Cabo and the band is bassist Chris Wolstenholme, whose son Alfie used to play for the club.

Hopefully, Muse will see past the Madness of this fixture and put up a strong Resistance, without leaving any Supermassive Black Holes in the middle of the field.
