The UEFA Europa League quarter-final draw delivered for the neutrals on Friday, as Liverpool were drawn to face manager Jurgen Klopp's former club Borussia Dortmund, per the Guardian.

"

Well, well, well, Jurgen Klopp will return to Dortmund with Liverpool in the #EuropaLeague quarter finals. It's gonna be emotional!

"

I should point out that #LFC were indeed drawn against Dortmund - in case you didn't know. (You probably did) https://t.co/sOHLPo9yLJ

It's fair to say the Internetย was pretty excited by the news:

The draw didn't please Liverpool fans despite their strong record against the Germans:

"

1 - Liverpool have lost just one of their last 12 games against German clubs (W7 D4). Smooth.

We're gonna get tonked

"

Kloppocalypse Now

โ€” Raphael Honigstein (@honigstein) March 18, 2016"
"

Can Premier League teams swap? I reckon Liverpool's style's a good fit against PSG and City could beat Dortmund, but not the other way round

โ€” Barney Ronay (@barneyronay) March 18, 2016"

But it's a tie that promises to provide entertainment:

"

I was in Dortmund over the weekend. #BVB supporters were desperate to draw #LFC in "a win for atmosphere" and to see 'Kloppo' up close again

"

"

It had to be Dortmund. At least Klopp will go all-out to win, was disappointed with how poor Spurs were against them in the last 16. #LFC

The first leg is set for Signal Iduna Park on April 7, with the second leg taking place at Anfield on April 14.
