Kobe Bryant Tells Thierry Henry About Growing Up in Italy & His Football Heroes

There was a meeting between superstars of two different sports recently when football legend Thierry Henry met basketball record-breaker Kobe Bryant.

The pair discussed Bryant's childhood supporting AC Milan while growing up in Italy, and their mutual admiration for club legend Marco van Basten.

As well as the Dutchman, the Los Angeles Lakers star listed a number of his other football heroes, including Frank Rijkaard and Franco Baresi.

Henry was clearly impressed with the American's knowledge and passion for the beautiful game—as well as his fluent Italian accent.
