On any other day, it would have been England's Six Nations triumph over Wales or Romelu Lukaku's FA Cup heroics stealing the headlines.

But alas, Diego Costa got hungry.

In the final minutes of Everton's 2-0 win over Chelsea at Goodison Park to reach the FA Cup semi-finals, Diego Costa had a heated confrontation with Gareth Barry, appeared to bite him and received his marching orders.

Daily Express is more diplomatic, calling the clash a "close encounter."

It also relays a rumour that PSG are hoping to lure both Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea over the summer:

The Daily Star instead focuses on Lukaku's scintillating finish to the match, scoring twice in the second half to knock Chelsea out of the FA Cup.

It also runs with a surprising rumour that PSG boss Laurent Blanc is tipped to replace Louis van Gaal if Manchester United sack the Dutchman. It's been long rumoured that Jose Mourinho or Ryan Giggs would take the reins at Old Trafford should Van Gaal be axed:
