102-Year-Old Maria Guadalupe Signs with Ecuadorian Side Barcelona Sporting Club

Barcelona have signed a 102-year-old woman who has supported the club for the best part of a century, reported the Sun.

Well, not that Barcelona.

Maria Guadalupe has been a fan of Ecuador's Barcelona Sporting Club since its founding in 1925.

Spanish immigrant Eutimio Perez, who grew up in Catalonia, formed the club in Guayaquil, and they are the most successful team in Ecuadorian football history.

They invited perhaps their most dedicated supporter to join the team for training and a kickabout with Damian Diaz before handing her a personalised shirt and posing for a squad photo.
