Appealing to both basketball fans and cartoon fans, New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony has a new clothing line hitting stores this spring.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Melo.

According to David Moin of Women's Wear Daily, Anthony, a TMNT fanatic, has teamed up with Nickelodeon and Macy's to develop the new line. The line will not only include clothes (featuring everything from hoodies to socks), but it will also feature basketballs and an over-the-door hoop.

While some athletes don't always care to be hands-on in special projects, the Knicks forward was very involved in the creation of the line.

"I was basically involved in the whole creative process—the colors, which are kind of obvious considering they're turtles, and the slogan, and the textures," Anthony said, per Moin. "I was involved in every step. We really took our time to narrow it down and figure out what we wanted. I feel good about all the pieces."

Basketball is obviously priority No. 1 for Anthony. However, if the 31-year-old NBA star can get his feet wet in a different industry during his playing days, it could help him smoothly transition into a new field once he retires from the game.

Per Moin, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Melo line will be available exclusively at Macy's stores in May, just in time for the June release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. Anthony will reportedly make a cameo in the movie.
