Carmelo Anthony and a Bunch of Clippers Players to Cameo in 'TMNT' Sequel
May 7, 2015
The sequel to 2014’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is already in production, and all evidence suggests one scene will feature a basketball game chock-full of stars.
Reports surfaced earlier in March that a handful of Los Angeles Clippers players were filming cameos for the upcoming film. Judging by recent chatter, Carmelo Anthony will also lend his talents to the movie.
The Daily Mail’s Chelsea White reports that the New York Knicks forward was recently on set shooting his own scene.
Anthony will likely play a role opposite the aforementioned Clippers.
ESPN’s Arash Markazi first confirmed in March that LAC players DeAndre Jordan, Matt Barnes, J.J. Redick, Austin Rivers and Spencer Hawes were filming a scene for the movie.
No word on whether Rivers will cross himself up trying to drive on Shredder.
