Alex Teixeira Scores 1st Goal for Jiangsu Suning, Ramires Sent off

Alex Teixeira got off the mark in Chinese football on Tuesday with his first goal for Jiangsu Suning, while fellow new signing Ramires had a mixed evening.

The former Chelsea midfielder provided two assists before receiving a red card for a push toward the end of Suning's 3-2 win over Jeonbuk Motors in the AFC Champions League.

But the headlines will belong to Teixeira, who showed exactly what he's capable of with a fine run and finish to open the scoring.
