Hornets vs. Nets: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Feb. 21

The Charlotte Hornets extended their winning streak to five on Sunday with a 104-96 victory over the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center. 

Kemba Walker led the way with 28 points, while Al Jefferson tallied 18 points and seven rebounds off the bench. 

Brook Lopez notched a double-double for the Nets with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
