Spurs vs. Lakers: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Feb. 19

The San Antonio Spurs regained their footing on Friday night with a 119-113 win over the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center.

Tony Parker's 25 points led the Spurs, but a handful of double-figure efforts helped ward off the hard-charging Lakers. LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 16 points, and Patty Mills added 15 off the bench. 

Kobe Bryant tied Parker with 25 points for the Purple and Gold. Lou Williams and Jordan Clarkson added 21 and 20 points respectively.
