The Brooklyn Nets won the battle of the boroughs Friday night with a 109-98 victory over the New York Knicks at Barclays Center.
Brook Lopez erupted for 33 points and eight rebounds while Donald Sloan chipped in 14 points and 10 boards.
Carmelo Anthony paced the Knicks with 22 points and Kristaps Porzingis notched 18 points in the loss.
