Fiorentina vs. Tottenham Hotspur: Goals, Highlights from the Europa League Tie

Mauricio Pochettino's men were back in action on Thursday, as they resumed their Europa League campaign against Fiorentina.

Tottenham Hotspur underlined their Premier League ambitions with a 2-1 win over Manchester City last Sunday and remain in the hunt for an unlikely treble, with an FA Cup tie against Crystal Palace approaching on Sunday.

After a cagey opening, Dele Alli was fortunate not to escape further punishment when he was shown a yellow card for lashing out on a Fiorentina defender.

Federico Bernardeschi went close before Nacer Chadli put the visitors in front from the spot.

It stayed 1-0 until an hour when Bernardeschi made up for his earlier miss from distance:
