Uruguayan Manager Sent Off, Climbs on Roof, Shouts at Players Through Road Cone

Sergio Ramirez, the Brazilian coach of Uruguayan club Guarani de Palhoca received a red card and was sent to the stands during his side’s draw with Figueirense on Wednesday.
He wasn't going to let that stop him playing a further role in proceedings, though.
Ramirez climbed on top of one of the stands, amplifying his orders to his players through a traffic cone.
Genius, right? Not when you drop the cone off the roof in a fit of Jurgen Klopp-esque rage.
