Ex-FIFA Vice President Jeffrey Webb Holds Lavish Party While Under House Arrest
A disgraced former vice president of FIFA hosted a lavish Harlem Renaissance-themed party at his house in Georgia this weekend despite being under house arrest.
Jeffrey Webb was president of the Confederation of North, Central America and the Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) until May 2015, when he was arrested and later convicted of racketeering.
The former Cayman Islands Football Association president has also been charged for his part in the fraudulent CarePay scheme, in which he is alleged to have received the funds to buy the home where the party was held.

Webb's friend, Canover Watson, has already been sentenced to seven years in prison for corruption and conspiracy to commit fraud, but that didn't deter the former, as he partied with friends at the house just outside of Atlanta.
