Timberwolves vs. Trail Blazers: Score, Video Highlights and Recap from Jan. 31

The Portland Trail Blazers have emerged as a legitimate threat to capture the Western Conference's No. 8 seed in recent weeks, and they attempted to keep things rolling Sunday night against the sputtering Minnesota Timberwolves.

While the Blazers entered Sunday's contest on a three-game winning streak with a mark of 7-2 over their past nine games, the Timberwolves had posted just two wins in January—neither of which came on the road. 

The Trail Blazers went on to record a 96-93 home win.
