Referee Stops to Ask Ronaldinho for an Autograph in the Middle of a Match

Brazilian superstar Ronaldinho is loved throughout the football world, with fans everywhere eager to catch a glimpse of the former Barcelona man.

Clearly his popularity even extends to referees, judging by this response from an official in Ecuador on Friday.

Ronaldinho was making a one-off appearance for Barcelona de Ecuador against San Martin in Guayaquil, when the ref used a break in play to get the 35-year-old's autograph. 

What must the opposition have been thinking? They probably wanted an autograph too.
