Mesut Ozil Models Adidas' New Laceless, Lime Green Football Boots

Mesut Ozil has taken time out from providing assists for his Arsenal teammates to promote Adidas' new laceless football boots.

The sportswear giants have unveiled the ACE16+ Purecontrol boots, with a small selection of stars, including Ozil and Barcelona's Ivan Rakitic, the first to appear in them.

The revolutionary design sees the laces dropped for enhanced ball control—as if Ozil needs any help with that—and an eye-catching lime green colour.

Ozil also recreated his famous chewing gum trick for a cool promo video.
