Japanese High School Team Score with Incredible Free-Kick Routine in Cup Final
Tom WebbJan 11, 2016
A Japanese high school team have come up with an original and slightly bizarre free-kick routine.
The novel approach was put on display on Monday, as the team of youngsters scored an incredible goal like nothing we've seen before.
The routine involved three attacking players standing directly in front of the ball, blocking the view of the defenders and goalkeeper as the free-kick was about to be taken. Then, they slowly stepped back and allowed the taker to whip a clinical strike past the unsighted defence and into the corner of the goal.
