West 37, East 9—Final

Shea Patterson tossed two touchdowns, earned MVP honors and led the West team to a 37-9 victory at the 2016 Army All-American Bowl at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

KJ Costello also threw a pair of scores, while Sewo Olonilua added a rushing touchdown for the West. Jawon Pass notched the East's only touchdown.
