What in the world just happened at the Cactus Bowl?

Early in the first quarter Saturday night in Phoenix, West Virginia quarterback Skyler Howard fired a bullet that bounced off Shelton Gibson into the hands of an Arizona State defender, only to be stolen back by Mountaineers receiver Daikiel Shorts.
