Ohio State Players Give Outgoing DC Chris Ash a Hard Time About Rutgers Tweet

Ohio State co-defensive coordinator Chris Ash was recently hired as the next head coach of the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, but he will be staying on the Buckeyes' coaching staff through the team's bowl game.

Ash took to Twitter on Thursday to express his excitement about the Rutgers program:

Umm, Coach, you are still a Buckeye. And you better believe that Ohio State players noticed that tweet and had some fun with the outgoing coach:

The Buckeyes still have one game left in their season. With Ash sticking around for the bowl game, the players are having fun reminding him that the season isn't over and that he should be focused on game-planning for the Fiesta Bowl, not on his future job at Rutgers.

This was all in good fun, of course. There's no doubt that Ash's current players are happy for him getting a chance to be a head coach.
