Naturally, Atletico will be the overwhelming favourites when they travel to the Camp Nou Municipal on Tuesday.
Los Rojiblancos have won their last four in all competitions and have lost just twice all season, with both defeats coming in September at the hands of Barcelona and Benfica.

Diego Simeone's side have been incredibly strong defensively having shipped just six goals in 13 league games, though their total of 18 scored in that time leaves something to be desired.
As football journalist Dermot Corrigan notes, Atleti have struggled to take or create chances this season:
Reus—who are also in impressive and currently top Segunda Division B Group 3—will take encouragement from that and will look to exploit it to their own gain, likely hoping to catch them on the break and sneak a narrow win.

Atletico have a shining light up front, though, in the form of Antoine Griezmann, per Corrigan:
The Frenchman has bagged three in his last two games and will undoubtedly be looking to continue his hot streak against the lower league opposition if he is selected on Tuesday.
Whether he plays or not, Atleti should have more than enough to eke out a win here, particularly over two legs.
Leganes vs. Granada

For Granada, the Copa del Rey will likely come as a welcome relief as the club find themselves just one point above the drop zone in La Liga.
That said, they have picked up in recent weeks having lost just once in their last six league outings, so their morale might not be as bad as their position would suggest.

Tuesday has the potential to be a tricky encounter, though, as Jose Ramon Sandoval's side typically set themselves up to hit teams on the counter.
In a match where they—as the top-division side—will be expected to control the proceedings, adapting their style against what is likely to be a hungry Leganes team could be a bridge too far.
Granada should expect to win the encounter over the two legs, but don't rule out something of an upset at the Estadio Municipal de Butarque on Tuesday.
