Carlo Ancelotti Reveals He Once Kicked a Box at Zlatan Ibrahimovic While at PSG

Former Real Madrid, Chelsea and Paris-Saint-Germain boss Carlo Ancelotti has revealed he once kicked a box at star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic during his stint in charge at the Parc des Princes.

Ancelotti is widely considered one of football's more mild-mannered managers, but talking to Matt Lawton of the Daily Mail, he revealed even he has moments when the red mist descends.

Ancelotti said:

"

I have lost my temper, of course.

At Paris Saint-Germain, we once lost to Evian in the cup and I was so angry I kicked a box and it hit Ibrahimovic on the head.

It was more or less the same as Ferguson and the boot with Beckham—but we laughed about it afterwards.

"

Not quite what happened after the Fergie-Becks incident, then.
