Chelsea vs. Liverpool: Starting XIs, Team News from 2015 Premier League Match

Chelsea and Liverpool will each be looking to jolt their Premier League campaigns into gear early on Saturday, as these enemies get the weekend of top-flight English football underway in what will be an intriguing clash at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues head into this one after losing to West Ham United last weekend, a game that saw manager Jose Mourinho banished to the Boleyn Ground directors’ box. Here’s the XI he’s named to put things right against Liverpool, per the Chelsea Twitter feed:

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is still searching for his first win in the Premier League since taking charge of the club. This is the team he has opted for as he seeks to add to Chelsea’s woes, per the Reds' Twitter feed:

These two teams have forged quite a rivalry down the years, and you can bet the travelling Liverpool supporters will be desperate to push Mourinho closer to the Stamford Bridge exit door with a winning performance.
