Danilo doubled the advantage after 23 minutes to put Real Madrid in command early on.

Things went from bad to worse for the home side after the break, with Gustavo Cabral dismissed for a second yellow card just before the hour mark.
They were nearly back in the game after 73 minutes, but Marcelo saved the day for Madrid, clearing Nolito's effort off the line.

But the comeback never eventuated, Marcelo finishing the job in stoppage time from close range.
Real Madrid held on to win 3-1 and extend their lead at the top of La Liga table.
