Georginio Wijnaldum, 25 points; Moussa Sissoko, 13 points; and Ayoze Perez, 10 points
Newcastle were rampant in dismantling Norwich's defence on Sunday, and key to that in particular were Wijnaldum and Sissoko. The latter assisted the former magnificently for the first two goals.
First, Sissoko faked a shot from outside the area and in doing so left three Canaries defenders stranded, allowing the Frenchman to find Wijnaldum completely unmarked inside the area.
Then, the 26-year-old whipped in a marvellous cross for the Dutchman to glance home.

Sissoko wasn't done there, though, as he drove a Newcastle counter before slipping the ball to Perez, who prodded home his own rebound after his initial effort came back of Jonas Olsson.
The Chronicle's Chris Waugh was impressed with the energetic Frenchman, as was colleague Mark Douglas, though the latter also noted the defensive vulnerabilities his forays forward caused, which saw Norwich score twice in the first half:
Sissoko continued to pull the strings as he roamed around midfield, drifting out wide or coming centrally to dictate the play, and played a key role yet again as he played an exquisite diagonal ball to Aleksandar Mitrovic, who volleyed home with aplomb.

Wijnaldum, hungry for more, repeatedly threw himself forward at every opportunity. He was rewarded with a hat-trick from Daryl Janmaat's ball before grabbing his fourth with an outstanding strike from outside the area after being fed by the impressive Perez.
Opta Joe noted the significance of the haul, while Squawka Football shared the Dutchman's incredible stats:
The 24-year-old has been a magnificent signing after arriving on a costly transfer in the summer, scoring six goals and registering one assist.
Sissoko—like the rest of the team—has been enduring something of an annus horribilis. He was one of the side's biggest underperformers last season as they almost got relegated, and he carried his poor form into the current campaign.
The Frenchman has appeared lethargic and uncaring for much of the calendar year, but against Norwich he looked completely revitalised and showed his true potential.
There are still serious concerns over the Magpies' defence, which has conceded 19 goals this season.
However, the form of Wijnaldum and Sissoko—along with Perez and Mitrovic—gives Newcastle some much-needed hope they can salvage this campaign. The win has come at the perfect time with arch-rivals Sunderland looming in Week 10.
