Euro 2016 Finals Draw: Date, Seeds, Teams, Venue and Preview
While some of the Euro 2016 field has yet to be decided, football fans are understandably already looking forward to the final tournament draw set to take place on Dec. 12 in Paris at the Palais des Congres de la Porte Maillot.
As noted by UEFA Euro 2016, 14 of the qualifiers have already been determined and placed in one of four pots depending upon their coefficients calculated through results at Euro 2012, the 2014 World Cup and Euro 2016 qualifying:

The Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Turkey have qualified as well, although they must wait for the play-off results before finding out which pots they will be placed in, per UEFA Euro 2016. France also qualify as the host nation and will be placed in Pot 1.
The final four spots in Euro 2016 will be determined via four play-off matchups. The draw for the play-offs will be made on Sunday, and they will involve the following eight nations, according to ESPNFC:
Spain will look to repeat as champions after winning Euro 2012, but they will have no shortage of competition, particularly from an English squad that won all 10 of their qualifying matches.
Also, while they are coming off a loss to the Republic of Ireland, reigning World Cup champions Germany promise to be major factors in France as well.
The luck of the draw is often a huge determining factor in who makes a run at the European Championships, which is why the Dec. 12 final draw will be a massive event in its own right.
